Our
company was established in 1987 with a fully paid capital
stock of € 250.100,-. Meanwhile further considerable
funds are available, e.g. for financing project cargo
transports. Presently 14 employees produce a yearly
turnover of 12 million Euros with an upward tendency.
Our
world-wide logistics services are handled by qualified
forwarding and shipping professionals who mostly gained
their well founded knowledge in foreign countries.
In
close co-operation with selected partners in Germany,
Europe and Overseas we accept the challenge.

reliable and flexible service. As a result of our company
structure we are capable to meet all requirements of
our customers by offering individual transport solutions.

by three managing shareholders, viz. Wilhelm Dude,
Andreas Hagenah and Thomas Keller.

We operate exclusively in accordance with the latest
version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen - ADSp - (German Forwarder’s
General Terms and Conditions of Trading). These
limit in paragraph 23 ADSp the legal liability for damage to goods in the case
of damage to goods whilst in the care of a forwarder to 5 Euro/kg, in
accordance with paragraph 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB); in the case
of multimodal transports, including sea transport to 2 SDR (special drawing
rights)/kg plus, further in this, per damage or event to Euro 1 Million or Euro
2 Millions respectively, or 2 SDR/kg whichever is the greater. The parties
agree subsidiary, that paragraph 27 ADSp does neither extend the liability nor
the responsibility of the forwarder for agents, servants, employees or crew
members beyond legal regulations as Art. 25 MC, Art. 36 CIM, Art. 21 CMNI,
paragraph 660 HGB for the benefit of the principal.
Residence of Company: Hamburg.
Place of jurisdiction is always Hamburg.
